No you are mistaken. My neighbor was just arrested again for stealing from everyone in the neighborhood to support his drug problem. So a lot of cops around period.

Last time I dealt with the police they returned the marijuana they found in a evidence bag after my brother was in a robbery and got stabbed while selling weed . It was in the newspaper too. But they did not care about the weed.
