the manufacturers refer to it as Free air requirements. and it is usually given in CFM@psi...
for example 2cfm@0psi, 1cfm@100psi.
no need to calculate #'s that have already been established, although the #'s are for ambient air pressure, and feedling the compressor with a little psi boost will slighty change the #'s.
that's one reason for the pressure relief valves b4 the compressor, they relief any excess air the compressor doesn't want, important because the # fluctuates as the pressures increase and decrease.

I'm more concerned with the compressor causing a vacuum on my cons . I just to make sure I don't have that issue

a little trial and error will give you the info you need, and the short amount of time it will run to see if it is working, won't cause damage.
hose diameter, length, and bends all control flow.
