In 1806, James Lee started the first factory at Millville, N.J.&lt;br /&gt;
In 1832 Mr. F. Schetter of Baltimore started another glass works at Millville, that produced green glassware.&lt;br /&gt;
The Whitall interest assumed both plants before 1854 and became the Whitall-Tatum Works. Production included:&lt;br /&gt;
bottles&lt;br /&gt;
druggists' wares&lt;br /&gt;
flasks&lt;br /&gt;
inkwells&lt;br /&gt;
jars&lt;br /&gt;
paperweights&lt;br /&gt;
philosophical wares&lt;br /&gt;
perfume bottles&lt;br /&gt;
novelties&lt;br /&gt;
vials&lt;br /&gt;
wares for medicine and nursing&lt;br /&gt;
The fine &amp;quot;roses&amp;quot; paperweight was produced from the 1880s to the 1900s.&lt;br /&gt;
The factory made marked atmospheric fruit jars that were produced by the millions.&lt;/div&gt;</summary>
