96 COE glass is one of the most versatile of the soft glasses.
It is the most commonly used furnace glass coe and the glass used in most soft glass frits and frit mixes. 96 COE is used because of it's versatility - the glass is gerenally compatible in small amounts down to 86 COE and up to 104 COE.
96 COE is a misnomer for some of the below brands- they are instead 96 compatible with varying coes in the 96 range.
