Christopher had a great idea to create a member map. This should be really neat to see where we all live.

I think you have to change the permissions on the map to make it Public before we can add our locations. Thank you for doing the legwork to get it started!

I dont think so, seemed to work for me. Just click add marker. Second button in the top row.

I enjoy working in seclusion. I live out in the middle of the country. You can google map anyone on your phone or computer. I give out my address privately sometimes.

Yeah, the little upside down tear drop symbol in the toolbar lets ya add a new marker.

I'm not looking for your address, just an area so that I can PM people to kick it. Yes, you can Google Map people; this will be helpful in knowing whom to PM.

You also have to edit the name of the point to your own.

There are a few on there that are just "Point #" with no other information on it.

Does it require to have a gmail acct?

I re-added a point for my self ..I removed the first one because it was right on my home.
I didnt want to have a pointer to my house so someone could steal my Torch/Glass.

Added, yeah it was pretty much as simple as hitting the little red flag thingy, double clicking the point on the map you want, and then typing your name instead of pointXX whatever. Then you can drag the point like you would any other marker on maps.
