I heartily concur.

Whether you think he's an asshole or a sage, it can't be denied that Mike knows his shit when it comes to your eyeballs and your lungs. He's always willing to share his hard-won knowledge, whether on this forum, facebook, or his own blog/website.

I got to meet Mike in person not too long ago, now I'm trying to picture him tip-toeing around in black pajamas and wielding a ninjato.

I appreciate the sentiment, but I'd far rather see a badge acknowledging other folks as well, those who have substantially contributed "something" to the Glass Community. Although they are not members, Willy and Wally Horn would be on the list. Momka Peeva, the guys from Northstar and Glass Alchemy. Kristian Turley certainly.

I didn't do this myself, and I don't want to be the recipient of a badge made just for me. I'm sure a list can be fairly easily compiled, but I don't want to be the only one on the list.
