Yeah but a good lathe is like 5k+, and you don't have the skills to operate it yet, especially without a teacher. Lathes are dangerous machines.

If I even thought about dropping money on a lathe I would definitely take a few classes on working a lathe. Found a studio near me.

Why don't you take a few basic classes on lamp working first. You need it.

    twas made in jest.
Actually this was my comment to TlkQ cause he expressed an interest in a CNC machine. "twas made in jest" I was being sincere, I don't believe in Craft "secrets" and all that stuff, Knowledge should be shared and free to all. If TlkQ's comment was meant to be negative or not, It was a statement directed towards me and I chose to perceive and reply to it in a positive way, This world has enough negative in it why add fuel to the fire.

are these ready to go or is there a wait time? the website says you're only making 65 for the whole year of 2013, but in this thread you say you've already sold over 70?

also would like to see the videos but dont facebook.

    Bump?

Any update? I've been slowly readying my shop for a lathe and am trying to consider all options. Are these going to be available before the end of the year or have you already taken enough orders to keep you at capacity?

Hey Eric, Sorry for the delay in responding to your post. Sadly there is a wait time. Delivery is usually within 4-6 months of time of deposit. However we have recently expanded our manufacturing facility to accommodate the increase in orders!

been waiting for a few months, but my buddy has one coming in January. The owner comes out when the machine is delivered and shows you how to use a lathe. pretty awesome machines from what im seeing. stoked to take a week off work next month and just get crazy with this thing!

Buddy of mine Blake just got one and says it's a very nice machine. I'm awaiting a tube he just did a few ago. Hopefully he'll come chime in for himself 8) Can't wait to go see it!
