That didn't make sense, sorry I have been surrounded by 13 kids yesterday and today and they make concentrating on things interesting..
Try reducing or condensing the stem a bit more, same amount of glass just a bit thicker. Move the stem down so the fuse for the GOG and the fuse for the stem don't hit. But stay in the top 1/3 of the bub, you will get a much cleaner looking fuse for both and you will see better the wall thickness evening out and be able to clean those fuses up.. I spent a few days just making fuses on clear until I figured out how to get those fuses to look like a single piece of glass inside and out. Once you get them real clean, you can set two side by side like you did and it will make one clean concave from the stem to the GOG joint on the inside..
hope that makes a little more sense than the last post..

I did get some new toy's and some color though now I'm just waiting on my mirage it'll be getting shipped out on the 19th I can't wait. Thanks kaizen for the hook up on the hand torch the inline reg is really nice. I ordered everything to hook it up and I forgot to get some male to male b fittings for the damn y connectors grrrrrrr I'm off to get them now.

I figured some one was going to ask. I'm not doing the y at the reg I'm putting my y at the end of the of my hose so I don't need 2-25' lengths of hose coming into my studio and you can't screw 2 b fitting's into each other so I needed some male to male connectors to connect the y to the hose. I'm putting the y under my bench and then y off to my lynx and hand torch.

Re: L3V3R2ooo's Progression Thread
What's up melting pot I've been trying to cook up some new bubbler Idea's and this is what I came up with.
This was the Prototype as you can see the weld to the dropstem and to the male fitting are pretty ugly among other thing's that were wrong with it.

I learned from my mistakes though and rocked these out last night each one was a little better than the last learning as I go. My welds are getting better and I'm getting faster and more efficient at doing them

Some green exotic and Aurora W/R prodo.

Sorry for the finger prints

Re: L3V3R2ooo's Progression Thread
Any tips on working that green exotic? I get the weirdest colors out of it, haha. I think I might get every color except green! I oxygenate the shit outta the flame and I still end up with a dark dark green, almost black with stripes of blue? Too much fuel and you get everything from pinks to yellows. The only time I've gotten a green like your stuff is when its been layed over with clear or encased. Never seem to be able to pull it off on surface work...

Well Levi now that we know some of the ame people we don't have excuses to not get together and party lol.
Your stuff is certainly looking sellable brotha. What's the deal with the worlds smallest bowl hole though...(noticed after I wrote that), oh nevermind that's the carb, from the picture angle I thought that was the bowl lol.

Sup jonny yeah I got some tips for you. The thing with green exotic or any exotic for that matter you want to work the color in a super oxy flame till you are done with the piece then you soak it in super reducing flame just for a couple of seconds to get the oil slick to come out. Depending on what tech you are using like say for w/r's I never stop using the oxidizing flame till I'm about to pull it off the handle then I soak it in a reducing flame just to bring the oil slick out but to much will bring out the muddy pinks if done right the green exotic that isn't trapped under the clear from the W/R will be a dark green (almost black) with a oil slick look on top and the stuff raked under the clear will yield rainbow colors. You will get different results from encasing that's where the rainbow colors come from if you get that oil slick trapped under the encasement you will start to yield some very psychedelic pinks purples reds and greens. It's a tricky color and the only way to truly learn it is to play around with it but when you figure it out I think you will agree it is a awesome color.
To tell you the truth green is the last color I'm looking for when I use green exotic. You want the oil slick rainbow that's where it's at but to each his own. I hope this helps I am by no means an expert this is just what I've found works for me. Feel free to post some of your results I would love to see what you guy's get out of it.

Yeah what a small world bro we will deff have to get together do some melting and party soon. I'll have 2 torch's set up and liquid here in the next week or two I'm actually going to pay my lease on my lox tank now.
Thanks man I sell everything so I guess it does look sellable. What the last spoon I posted lol yeah that's the carb LMAO
I made some pretty cool little hammers last night and prepped out some slyme and black sections for tonight I'll post some pic's of the hammer here when they can come out of the kiln. Speaking of kilns how's it feel having your own kiln rouge? I know it was a awesome feeling the first time I pulled a piece out of mine without cracks.

Here's the hammer's
This is the first one I did. I pulled the neck out to far, didn't tilt the neck up, and didn't make the can big enough.

The second one came out much better.

Yes, much better without cracks lol. I love my kiln, it's perfect. It a purchase I can say I am fully satisfied with. I don't think I'll grow out of it anytime soon. I've had a 16 inch bubbler in there laying down, and a 14 standing up.
The second hammer you posted looks like it may have problems. Have you tried using it? I only say that because of how low you put the mouth piece. It looks like you might suck ash straight in.

Re: L3V3R2ooo's Progression Thread
^Hahahaha I'm not to keen on using my products before selling them. I don't see it being a problem though the bowl is pushed low enough and the can is at a angle pointing back away from the mouth piece. The piece is pretty thick if I went any much higher when I popped my hole I would be right on top of the lip from the bowl push.

Re: L3V3R2ooo's Progression Thread
anytime i develop a new product line, or product, I've found it in my best interests to smoke out of at least one of the first few, only take a rip or two, then run it through the kiln again with my next prodo batch. just lets you know how your airways are etc....
