Boardwalk Empire cup style oil rig with decals of gangsters and tommy guns, plus a few bullet holes! This piece is 9 inches tall, the can is 4 1/2 inches tall. It features a 12 hole diffuser, 14 mm joints, bake on decals and a straw style mouthpiece.
