I just got back yesterday from Eugene for 5 weeks. Thanks to Misha , she got me a great shop to work in. I should be relocating/living in Eugene before the year is over. Just tying up loose ends atm.

I found its easier to sell glass in eugene. The buyers only look for 20% , not a 100% like the east coast. you can move more inventory. People get cheaper pipes. Everyone wins.

    Anyways....

The friend who I was staying with has a genie stone cutter. I have a few dozen opanls I cut and polished, along with a hand full of other minerals.

I also got to mine in private mines in montana..... amazing scepters, emeralds, aquamarine, and sapphires. I mine herkimer diamonds a few times a week in n.y.. (tonight I'm o.m.w. after work. )

Interesting this a current topic. I will edit pics with stones after work.....

Im on my way to phish in Colorado this week. Always looking for new collecting sights for stones. I can show anyone in upstate n.y. some nice spots as well.

I will admit that buyers around NY are not so great. I sell mostly to the south west where I spent a lot of time blowing glass also.

I mean the guy in New Paltz just told me he bought $22,000 worth of imported glass for the year. With the huge markup he gets that is a lot of money. No wonder the IRS is looking into his store.

Sometimes I am lucky getting $100 out of them. Most of the time more but there is no telling.

@BoRosyndicate in salt lake. I had 3 days between phish at dicks and sts9. Currently waiting on the kiln to cool so I can boogie back to Colorado.

Finished at 5 30 am, no rest for the wicked .

    Marble by nypaige.

All the double layer Windows have Lucy / illuminati glow overlapping. Will post up some cold shots from the car on the way back to red rocks in a few hours.
